San Antonio Food Bank

The Food Bank is ramping up additional service to meet that additional need.

Any Baby Can

Any Baby Can is supporting families raising individuals with special needs virtually and utilizing “doorstep drop off and pick up” procedures for item delivery. Medications for people of any age are being accessed, and food distribution in their parking lot is coming soon.

San Antonio Zoo

The San Antonio Zoo partnered with Haven for Hope and Ancira to pack and donate perishable food to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.

San Antonio Botanical Garden

The San Antonio Botanical Garden is partnering with the San Antonio Food Policy Council, to offer fresh produce to communities in San Antonio, along with cooking ideas for the vegetables.

The Pearl

The Pearl purchased all of the vegetables from its farmers market vendors and donated them to San Antonio Food Bank. (While the farmers market remains closed, you can make purchases online.)

Meals on Wheels

Serving meals to at-risk senior’s in the community.

KIPP Texas

KIPP Texas-San Antonio is distributing grab & go meals to students while schools are closed.

SA Hope Center and San Antonio Food Bank

SA Hope Center is partnering with San Antonio Food Bank to provide free meals to kids.

Little Free Pantry

A grassroots, crowd sourced solution that facilitates feeding neighbors and bringing attention to food insecurity.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

The program provides money for food, and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children provides resources for pregnant women and people with children younger than 5.
